convenient location functional washing machine invigorating pool
the location was convenient. it was a short walk to both the mrt and bus stops. i appreciated the washing machine in the room (i did a couple loads of laundry). the pool was also nice (i swam a few laps each day).
i thought the kitchen could have used a few more cups.

excellent stay at a convenient location
spacious room convenient location washing machine
i appreciated the spacious room, a premium one-bedroom apartment, offering ample space. a washing machine in the room was beneficial. the hotel is close to three mrt stations, dhoby ghaut, somerset and fort canning, each about ten minutes on foot. a supermarket is conveniently located a two-minute walk away.
The reception area was not cleaned to the standard i expected. There was a dead insect present even after cleaning days had passed.

staff responded to requests quickly. they facilitated extending my stay in the same room when a flight cancellation occurred. the team demonstrated helpfulness.

the kitchen included a microwave and a fridge freezer, complete with cutlery. a washer was available in the room, accompanied by two foldable drying racks. a filtered chilled water machine was accessible in the lobby common room, which i liked.

a good stay
fantastic location clean room
The location was fantastic, close to fort canning park.. the room provided a spacious environment, clean beyond compare. i appreciated the nearby grocery store, a convenient resource. public transportation options were superb. Reaching every part of the city felt effortless.
i noticed the lift security system only allowed access to the floor i resided on. it restricted visiting family members on different floors. this proved inconvenient for brief visits and spontaneous gatherings..

small apartment thin mattress
i found the apartment MUCH smaller than the photos showed. the foldout couch mattress proved too thin. i had to ask staff FOR a makeshift mattress to make it sleepable. the room felt quite cramped.

mixed feelings about this stay
easy access somerset station rodents in room lack of cleanliness
the location was decent, with easy access to somerset station.
I was disappointed to find rodents in the room. they chewed through our food and even some personal care items. This lack of cleanliness makes it hard to recommend this place.
